1. Overview & Fundamental Commitment
This Privacy Policy explains how TUVAMBES Technologies (a division of TUVAMBES Enterprises, Chennai, India) designs and operates TUVAMBES FileForge. We believe your private business, financial, and personal documents should remain strictly under your control. The application is built from the ground up as a standalone, offline desktop utility.
2. Complete Absence of Document Uploads
When you drag, drop, or open PDF files, spreadsheets, or images in FileForge:
- Files are read directly into your device's random access memory (RAM).
- All transformation algorithms (compression, rotation, redaction, watermarking, OCR text extraction, EXIF scrubbing) execute on your local CPU/GPU threads.
- No binary payloads or network requests are dispatched to external endpoints.
- When you close the tab or application, active buffers are immediately purged.
3. Zero Telemetry & Analytics Tracking
Unlike many modern SaaS applications, TUVAMBES FileForge contains:
- No Analytics SDKs: No Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, or telemetry daemons.
- No Error or Crash Harvesters: We do not capture your stack traces, file names, or environment logs.
- No Device Fingerprinting: We do not track MAC addresses, user identifiers, or location data.
4. Local Configuration & Storage
The software stores simple operational settings locally on your machine using standard local storage:
- Dark / Light theme preferences.
- Your one-time acceptance of the legal terms.
- Ad-free license status or supporter mode preferences.
This data stays on your machine and is never synced to external servers.
5. Advertising & Sponsor Disclosures
If sponsor cards or developer notices are displayed within the freemium edition of FileForge, they adhere to strict privacy rules:
- They do not use tracking cookies, cross-site beacons, or biometric profile tracking.
- They comply fully with Microsoft Store Advertising Policy 10.10.
- Users can activate Ad-Free Pro mode at any time using a license key or free Supporter Mode to permanently disable all sponsor cards.
