Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual or enterprise entity) and TUVAMBES Technologies (a division of TUVAMBES Enterprises, Chennai, India). By downloading, installing, launching, or using TUVAMBES FileForge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TUVAMBES Technologies grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute TUVAMBES FileForge on computers running supported editions of Microsoft Windows (Windows 10, Windows 11) or compatible runtimes.
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
TUVAMBES FileForge, including its logo, brand marks, proprietary workflow engines, user interface design, visual assets, documentation, and source configurations, is the exclusive intellectual property of TUVAMBES Technologies and TUVAMBES Enterprises. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by TUVAMBES Enterprises.
4. Permissible Use & File Ownership
You retain full, unencumbered ownership of all files, documents, photographs, and spreadsheets that you process using the software. TUVAMBES Technologies asserts no intellectual property claims over your input data or generated outputs. You agree not to use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of copyright or data protection laws.
5. License Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from compiled production binary packages, except to the extent permitted by applicable open-source components.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit repackaged builds using TUVAMBES branding without written authorization.
- Circumvent or tamper with security measures, encryption features, or licensing validation keys.
6. Microsoft Store Terms
If you acquired TUVAMBES FileForge through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft Corporation’s standard Terms of Sale, refund policies, and Standard Application License Terms apply to the store transaction layer.
7. Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated. TUVAMBES Technologies reserves the right to terminate your license immediately upon material breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and remove all copies from your devices.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
